By accessing or using our Website and purchasing products or services from Prodiag, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Conditions
a. By placing an order through our Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
b. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when making a purchase.
c. Prodiag reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, restrict access, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
2. Product Information
a. Prodiag makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and other content on the Website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, reliable, or current.
b. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Order Acceptance and Confirmation
a. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order.
b. Your order is considered accepted only once the product or digital service has been dispatched or electronically delivered to you.
c. Prodiag reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its discretion.
3.1 Processing, Activation and Delivery Times
a. Prodiag makes reasonable efforts to process, activate, and deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, all delivery and activation times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
b. Processing, activation, verification, flashing, configuration, support responses, and delivery may be delayed due to high order volumes, weekends, public holidays, supplier delays, technical issues, internet outages, manufacturer restrictions, staff illness, staff absence, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Prodiag.
c. Customers acknowledge that occasional delays may occur and agree that such delays shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, dispute, compensation, or claims for damages.
d. Prodiag shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, business interruption, vehicle downtime, missed appointments, lost profits, or other damages resulting from delayed processing, activation, support, shipment, or delivery.
e. Estimated delivery times displayed on the Website, advertisements, emails, or provided by support personnel are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.
4. Payment
a. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We use Stripe and PayPal as payment processors. CodeShift d.o.o. does not store or have direct access to your full credit card information.
b. By completing a purchase, you authorize the selected payment processor to securely process payment on behalf of CodeShift d.o.o.
5. Digital Delivery & Refund Policy
a. All software licenses, activations, subscriptions, and digital codes are delivered electronically via email or through your customer account.
b. Due to the nature of digital goods and services, refunds are not available once a license, subscription, activation, or digital content has been accessed, activated, downloaded, registered, or used.
c. By placing an order, you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the digital service or license has been accessed, activated, downloaded, or used.
d. Customer activity logs, IP logs, activation timestamps, device verification data, download history, and access records may be stored and used as evidence in cases involving fraud investigations, unauthorized claims, payment disputes, chargebacks, or abuse of digital services.
e. Customers agree to contact our support team first in order to resolve any technical or service-related issue before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim with their bank or payment provider.
f. Certain software products and diagnostic services are officially supported only on compatible Android devices running Android versions 7 to 13. Application additionally require devices with 32-bit application support, compatible CPU architecture, and sufficient hardware compatibility. Customers are solely responsible for verifying device compatibility and technical requirements before purchase.
g. Certain hardware devices may require specific firmware, boot files, flashing procedures, modifications, or configuration before they can be used with the purchased software or subscription. The customer is solely responsible for verifying compatibility and device readiness before placing an order.
h. Free compatibility verification and pre-purchase testing assistance are available upon request. Customers are encouraged to contact support before purchasing if they are unsure whether their device is compatible.
i. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have verified their device model, firmware version, serial number, hardware compatibility, and flashing status prior to purchase.
j. The customer’s lack of technical knowledge, experience, software installation skills, flashing skills, or inability to perform required procedures shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, dispute, or claim.
k. Any flashing, firmware modification, boot file installation, software modification, or device preparation is performed entirely at the customer’s own risk.
l. Refusal to follow troubleshooting instructions, refusal to provide requested screenshots, serial numbers, log files, videos, or diagnostic information shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
m. Digital licenses, subscriptions, activations, and software services are considered fully delivered once assigned, activated, registered, generated, or linked to a device serial number, user account, or customer profile, regardless of whether the customer completed installation or setup.
n. Customers who do not possess the technical knowledge, equipment, or experience required to prepare, flash, configure, or modify their device may request a paid device preparation and flashing service, where available.
o. The availability of such services does not transfer responsibility for compatibility verification to Prodiag. Customers remain responsible for confirming hardware compatibility before purchasing any license, subscription, activation, or digital service.
p. Failure to utilize available compatibility verification, testing assistance, or optional flashing services shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or dispute.
q. Prodiag does not guarantee compatibility with devices that have been previously modified, flashed, repaired, unlocked, rooted, cloned, or altered by third parties.
r. The customer acknowledges that diagnostic software may require firmware modifications, flashing procedures, boot file installation, account configuration, or hardware preparation which are outside the control of Prodiag. Any inability to perform such procedures shall not be considered a defect of the product or service.
s. Licenses and subscriptions are assigned to the serial number, user account, or device specified by the customer at the time of purchase and cannot be transferred, exchanged, reassigned, or refunded after activation or assignment.
t. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their device, firmware, software, configuration, and personal data before performing any installation, update, flashing procedure, or modification.
u. Prodiag shall not be responsible for any loss of data, loss of functionality, device malfunction, temporary unavailability, or damage resulting from improper installation, flashing, modification, misuse, third-party software, or failure to follow provided instructions.
v. Software compatibility, available functions, vehicle coverage, coding capabilities, special functions, and manufacturer-specific features may vary depending on hardware version, firmware version, software version, vehicle model, vehicle year, region, and manufacturer restrictions.
w. Certain functions may require an active internet connection, manufacturer authorization, online services, or third-party servers which are outside the control of Prodiag.
x. Prodiag does not guarantee availability of manufacturer online services, security gateway access, coding functions, cloud services, or third-party platforms that may be modified, restricted, suspended, or discontinued by their respective owners.
y. Customers are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations regarding the use of diagnostic, coding, programming, immobilizer, security gateway, and vehicle configuration functions.
z. Any abuse of the software, account sharing, unauthorized redistribution, resale, credential sharing, reverse engineering, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of the service without refund.
5.1 Software compatibility
a. Prodiag continuously updates and improves its software, vehicle coverage, diagnostic functions, and compatibility. However, due to differences between vehicle manufacturers, model years, regional variations, firmware versions, hardware limitations, and manufacturer restrictions, Prodiag cannot guarantee compatibility with 100% of all vehicles, systems, functions, or features.
b. Vehicle coverage, special functions, coding capabilities, service procedures, online functions, and diagnostic features may vary between vehicles and may change over time as software updates are released.
c. Prodiag makes reasonable efforts to expand vehicle coverage and improve compatibility through ongoing software updates, but no guarantee is provided that every function will be available or supported on every vehicle.
d. Information published on the Website, product pages, advertisements, videos, social media, support materials, tutorials, or marketing content is provided for general informational purposes only and shall not be interpreted as a guarantee that a specific function, feature, coding procedure, special function, or vehicle operation will be available on every vehicle.
e. Customers are encouraged to verify support for specific vehicles, systems, and functions with our support team before purchase if such functionality is essential to their intended use.
f. References to supported vehicles, functions, or features represent the best available information at the time of publication and may be subject to change without notice due to software updates, manufacturer restrictions, regional differences, or third-party service changes.
g. No guarantee is provided that a specific fault can be diagnosed, repaired, coded, programmed, reset, adapted, or resolved using the purchased software, as successful operation depends on vehicle condition, hardware compatibility, manufacturer limitations, and other factors outside the control of Prodiag.
h. Diagnostic, coding, programming, adaptation, configuration, calibration, immobilizer, ECU, and special function operations may modify vehicle settings, control modules, electronic systems, or stored vehicle data. Customers perform all such operations entirely at their own risk.
i. Prodiag shall not be liable for any vehicle malfunction, loss of functionality, configuration errors, coding errors, programming failures, immobilizer issues, communication failures, data loss, module corruption, vehicle downtime, repair costs, towing expenses, or any other damages resulting from the use of diagnostic software, coding functions, programming functions, or user actions.
j. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they understand the intended function and consequences of any coding, programming, adaptation, reset, calibration, or configuration procedure before performing such actions.
k. Customers are strongly advised to create backups of existing vehicle configurations, coding data, and module information whenever possible before making any modifications.
l. Any modification performed on a vehicle using the software is carried out solely at the customer’s own responsibility and risk.
m. Vehicle manufacturers may change, restrict, disable, block, or remove diagnostic, coding, programming, online, security gateway, or special functions at any time without notice. Prodiag shall not be held responsible for any resulting loss of functionality, reduced compatibility, or unavailable features.
n. Certain functions may require additional hardware, adapters, manufacturer subscriptions, security gateway authorization, internet access, or third-party services which may not be included with the purchased license or subscription.
6. Intellectual Property
a. All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and branding, is the property of Prodiag / CodeShift d.o.o. and is protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
a. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeShift d.o.o. and Prodiag shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Website, digital products, software licenses, or related services.
b. Users are responsible for ensuring compatibility of purchased software or licenses with their devices, hardware, operating systems, and intended use.
c. In all circumstances, the maximum liability of Prodiag and CodeShift d.o.o. shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BIH).

10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Prodiag regarding the use of the Website, products, software licenses, subscriptions, and services.
12. Force Majeure
Prodiag shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, suspension, or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, hosting failures, cyber attacks, manufacturer restrictions, third-party service interruptions, government actions, natural disasters, labor disputes, or force majeure events.
Prodiag / CodeShift d.o.o. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
